No. There is no listing fee to join the network.
Will we receive emergency cases?
If you run a 24×7 emergency line, emergency requests from patients nearby can be routed to you. You tell us when you apply.
Can referrals go to specific departments?
Yes. You publish department-level availability and route each referral to the right department from your workspace.
What information comes with each referral?
The patient's symptoms, plus any reports they've uploaded, arrive with the referral.
How long does it take to get approved?
The application takes about four minutes and is saved as you go. You then upload your documents and submit; our team reviews them and verifies your registration or licence with the issuing authority, and your profile goes live after a final approval.
Can I leave later?
Yes. You can withdraw your application or unpublish your profile at any time.
