No. There is no listing fee. You publish your own test menu and package pricing.
Where do test bookings come from?
Patients book tests directly, and tests recommended by partner doctors or suggested by a patient's report insights are routed to labs near the patient.
Can we offer home sample collection?
Yes. You set your home-collection radius and any add-on charge, and confirm or reschedule collection slots from your workspace.
Do we need NABL accreditation to join?
Our checklist asks for an NABL or NABH accreditation certificate. When you apply you can tell us if your lab is accredited or has applied, and our team will advise on your case.
How long does it take to get approved?
The application takes about four minutes and is saved as you go. You then upload your documents and submit; our team reviews them and verifies your registration or licence with the issuing authority, and your profile goes live after a final approval.
Can I leave later?
Yes. You can withdraw your application or unpublish your profile at any time.
