How are dispatch requests assigned?
Requests are routed by proximity to your active vehicles, with the pickup and drop locations already geocoded and any condition notes the patient entered.
Do you accept both BLS and ALS ambulances?
Yes. Basic life support, advanced life support, or a mixed fleet can all apply.
Can we manage more than one vehicle?
Yes. You manage your fleet and driver roster, and update each vehicle's availability in real time.
How long does it take to get approved?
The application takes about four minutes and is saved as you go. You then upload your documents and submit; our team reviews them and verifies your registration or licence with the issuing authority, and your profile goes live after a final approval.
Can I leave later?
Yes. You can withdraw your application or unpublish your profile at any time.
