Is there a fee to register my clinic on DoctorBharti?
No. There is no listing fee. You set your own consultation fee, which is shown to patients before they book.
I'm a doctor practising on my own. Should I apply as a clinic?
Yes. A solo practice is a clinic of one. You can add more doctors, nurses and reception staff to your portal later.
How do patients find and book me?
Patients search by specialty and area, for everyday health problems, urgent care or a lab report they want looked at. They book a slot within the weekly consulting hours you publish, and you can accept, reschedule or decline every request.
Can I consult by video as well as in my clinic?
Yes. When you apply you choose in-clinic, video, or both.
What will I see before the patient arrives?
Every booking comes with the patient's reason for visit. When they've shared symptoms or uploaded a lab report, the symptom summary and the parsed, flagged lab values are attached too.
How long does it take to get approved?
The application takes about four minutes and is saved as you go. You then upload your documents and submit; our team reviews them and verifies your registration or licence with the issuing authority, and your profile goes live after a final approval.
Can I leave later?
Yes. You can withdraw your application or unpublish your profile at any time.
